My location - Colorado Group Realty has several locations including Downtown, Central Park Plaza, Hayden and at the base of the ski slopes next to the Sheraton Hotel - I reside at the Steamboat ski area location next to the Sheraton because I focus primarily on what I know best - resort condominiums, homes and land close to the ski slopes. That being said, I'm happy to show you any property in Routt County.
My History - I've been in the real estate business for 13 years from Washington State to Colorado. I've lived in resort areas all of my life including Keystone, Breckenridge, Dillon, Columbia River Gorge near Mt. Hood Oregon, Sandpoint, Idaho near Schweitzer, and a bit of the beach life in Marathon, Florida Keys. This trend started sometime about 1972 when my mom and dad moved to be part of the dream "Steamboat's a coming!". Company Stats - In 2009 there are two companies that stand out in the top position for market share. In 2009 Colorado Group Realty and Prudential Steamboat Realty we're about equal. We had 27%, they have 28% of the market. The advantage of working with Colorado Group is that we share information with each other - we are not part of a big corporation that is in competition with one another. My Education-
Bachelor of Science from Colorado State Univerisity. My educational in manufacturing engineering led to many opportunities from designing boats to hydronic heating systems for homes. So... you may ask, Why Real Estate? For me, its about the interaction with people. My experience in other industries comes into play with every transaction. However, the satisfaction of helping someone achieve their dream, can't be replaced.
